Cyril Narishkin, CEO & President

Bio for Cyril Narishkin, CEO of Bitrode Corporation

Cyril Narishkin, CEO and President of Bitrode Corporation is a collaborative and strategic leader who manages the company’s global operations and resources to effectively provide innovative solutions for energy storage.

Since joining Bitrode, Cyril has focused on developing and refining the strategic direction of the organization, building the leadership team, and developing a strong organizational culture. Recognized for embracing diversity, Cyril has a global perspective. He has lived on four continents, speaks Spanish and French fluently and has provided business services in more than 20 countries.

Cyril has spent most of his career in technical manufacturing, leading operational teams at Repro Med Systems, Inc., Sader Power, Paric Corporation, Piper Impact, and Texas Instruments de Mexico. He has also been a part of several entrepreneurial ventures including many years of managing his own consulting firm, Narishkin Consulting Services.

Cyril earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

A decisive leader, Cyril is highly skilled at developing new business lines to serve our innovative customers’ ever-changing needs. He is enthusiastic about being a part of new solutions for solar, wind and hydro power.

Cyril serves as a director on the Board of the YMCA Trout Lodge, and he is a member of the Marlin Perkins Committee of the Board of the St. Louis Zoo. Cyril and his wife, Dr. Amy Narishkin have four children, with whom they share their passion for good stewardship of the world’s resources by sailing, paddling and biking together.

 

Michael Coop, Chief Financial Officer

Michael Coop, Chief Financial Officer for Bitrode Corporation, leads the company’s accounting division as they drive financial efficiencies for the company and its customers. Coop is responsible for transaction processing, reporting, banking relationships, insurance, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting.

His strong background in cost accounting helps the organization be more accurate with costs to be more price competitive. He was attracted to the position because it is his way to contribute to innovation in moving the world away from fossil fuels.

Coop has 35 years of accounting experience including 13 years of government fund accounting. He has managed cost accounting in a diverse range of positions and industries including vice president, controller and senior analyst experience at Hager Companies, Rawlings Sporting Goods, Sensient Technologies, and Pactiv Corporation, which is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of food packaging.

A graduate of Illinois College, he received his CPA Certificate from the University of Illinois. He has done additional studies at Illinois’ Monmouth College and the University of Chicago Public Health Leadership Institute. He was elected Alderman for the City of Jacksonville, Illinois, where he held office for eight years and served on the board of the Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corporation for four years.

Coop has been active with various community boards, committees and civic groups including the Routt Catholic High School Foundation Board. He is currently on the board of the Disabled Athletes Sports Association (DASA). Coop and his wife Katie have a daughter at home and two grown sons in Texas.

 

Hank McGauly, Vice President of Supply Chain

Hank McGauly portrait & bioHank McGauly is vice president of supply chain for Bitrode Corporation. He is responsible for purchasing, production control, production scheduling and procurement engineering.

In this role, Hank oversees all aspects of supply chain development and logistics to assure the team meets and exceeds both internal and external customer needs. One of his focus areas is development of a supplier scorecard to strengthen Bitrode’s logistics and supply chain.

With over 30 plus years in supply chain, Hank has been at Bitrode since 1997. He started as a senior purchasing agent and has grown with the company to his current position as vice president. Prior to joining Bitrode, he served as the senior purchasing agent for a locally owned building product manufacturer.

Hank is an empathetic and caring leader who looks out for others and serves on the Bitrode Care Team, a group of employees who focuses on helping their colleagues through difficult times. Hank is married and together with his wife Cheryl have a son, daughter, and four grandchildren.

In his time away from work, Hank helps to fight hunger in the community by working with local food pantries. He also enjoys fishing and working on his classic Pontiac GTO.

 

Dani Kohler, Vice President of People Operations

Dani Kohler is vice president of people operations for Bitrode Corporation where she oversees all human resource functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development to guide the company in caring for the whole person.

One of her early accomplishments at Bitrode was utilization of their Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to integrate all aspects of staffing, development, compensation, labor relations, and employee health and safety for the company.

Dani also leads the development of a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the growing global organization. As an advocate for all team members, she believes the better a person can contribute to their role in the organization, the better they can contribute to the success of customers.

Having worked in human resources at Essex Industries, Inc., Keystone Staffing and Target Corporation, Dani strength is delivering HR practices and policies that build the organization. She also used these skills as a Senior HR Consultant for Kohler Consulting, LLC.

Dani is particularly proud of building compensation structures that ensure equitable pay, controlling costs and providing a growth path for employees.

A graduate of Webster University in Webster Groves, Missouri, Dani earned a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development as well as Bachelors’ degrees in Computer Science and Management. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

 

Ryan Blood, Vice President of Operations

Ryan Blood portrait and bioRyan Blood is vice president of operations for Bitrode Corporation where he leads front-line management teams for all production departments. He is also responsible for inventory control, production forecasting, and transportation logistics.

In this role, Ryan focuses on driving performance improvement in the key indicators of safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost. His determination in this area assures customers receive optimal solutions for battery testing equipment.

Prior to joining Bitrode in 2018, Ryan worked as Production Plant Manager for Beckwood Corporation. He also worked with Acuity Brands Lighting where he spent 16 years in a variety of roles including front line supervisor, business system engineer, and focus factory manager. As an integral part of Acuity’s lean journey, he led kaizen events to drive a continuous improvement culture in all facilities in the U.S. and Mexico.

Ryan has extensive training in team building, leadership, and continuous improvement. He has been implementing lean manufacturing principals over for 14 years, having done lean training under Shingijutsu, Red Drum and Lean Horizons Consulting.

Born in New Jersey, Ryan first trained in the Chicago area where he earned a Certificate of Achievement in Building Trades. He has been married for over 13 years and is the proud father of three amazing children. Away from work, he has a passion for golf and enjoys outdoor activities with family.
