It is with great joy that Bitrode announces the following changes in our Customer Service department.
After serving Bitrode in multiple capacities over a period of 23 years, Jeanette Eckenfels has announced her retirement effective April 28, 2017. She has served both us and our customers with loyalty and promptness and she will be missed by all. Should you get a chance, please send Jeanette a congratulations message.
Working quickly and diligently to fill Jeanette’s “shoes” is our new Customer Service Specialist Janice Black. Janice joined Bitrode April 3, 2017 and she is working shoulder to shoulder with Jeanette to learn more about you our customers and how to serve you as you need. I am confident that Janice will serve you with the same quality service that you have come to expect from Jeanette.
Janice will have access to Jeanette’s e-mail address should you continue to send messages to Jeanette, but if over the next few weeks you could transition over to Janice’s e-mail address it would be appreciated.
