Bitrode Software Revision Support Policy

After 15 February 2005, customers using VisuaLCN software (revision 4.06 and earlier) in a Windows 95 operating environment will be required to upgrade their operating system before upgrading VisuaLCN products to versions 4.06a or newer. VisuaLCN upgrades will still be provided upon request to customers holding license to versions 3.03 and newer, as described below, but customers operating under Windows 95 will be responsible for purchase of upgraded operating systems.

As of 01 January 2002, Bitrode Corporation provides software support under the standard policy for the following software packages:

VisuaLCN Lab Client, Revision 3.03 and later
VisuaLCN Formation Client, Revision 3.03 and later
VisualSCF, Revision 4.02 and later
VisualTFX, Revision 2.1 and later

LCN UNIX will be supported under the standard policy until 30 June 2002, after which date, Bitrode Corporation will no longer offer support for this product.

LCN DOS will be supported under the standard policy until 30 June 2002, after which date, Bitrode Corporation will no longer offer support for this product.

Bitrode FCS formation software will be supported under the standard policy until 30 June 2002, after which date, Bitrode Corporation will no longer offer support for this product.

Bitrode Corporation reserves the right to alter this software suppport policy at any time. Please contact your Bitrode Sales Representative for more information regarding this software support policy.
