Installation Start-Up & Training
Bitrode offers on-site installation and start-up on all new equipment orders. Services provided include mechanical and electrical setup and inspection, setup and testing of attached computer control and network communications systems, and final verification of system operation. Hardware and software training for customer personnel can be included in this service. Contact a Bitrode Representative for details.
Included with
purchase of any Bitrode equipment, Warranty Support provides 1 year of corrective
support under the terms described in the Warranty
Statement.On initial customer contact, Bitrode support staff will work
to define, diagnose, and, if possible, remedy the issue via phone or e-mail.
More complex issues may require further steps, which may include more detailed
phone support, return of affected components to Bitrode for service or replacement,
or customer site service by Bitrode technical staff.

Additionally Bitrode can offer support seven days a week, 24 hours a day, under select circumstances. Contact a Bitrode Representative for details.
Extensions to the one-year warranty are available on an annual renewable basis. See the following section on Extended Support.
Extended support is available on an annual renewable basis for Bitrode equipment, and provides support under terms described in the Warranty Statement. Extended support plans can be arranged for up to four years beyond the original date of purchase of new Bitrode equipment.
Included in the Extended Support Plan is annual calibration service for all covered Bitrode circuits.

As Needed Support
For customers with equipment beyond its warranty period and who do not have extended support, blocks of service time may be pre-arranged, based upon anticipated service needs, and purchased at a rate discounted from Bitrode's normal paid service rate. Customers with Pre-Purchased support in place can take advantage of the proactive nature of this service on an as-needed basis, drawing on the plan 'account'.
