Positions Available at Bitrode


Electronic/Electrical Technician: Bitrode Corporation has an immediate opening for a technician to inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to board component level. Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry and good computer skills is essential. Experience with high voltage AC/DC circuitry is also a plus. Some travel will be required installing and servicing equipment. An Associate's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and 5 year’s experience are required. Benefits include medical and 401K plans.


Production: First and Second Shifts:

Welder (2ND Shift) toassemble to tolerance from blue prints and weld 11 through 16 gauge steel sheet metal cabinets for electrical equipment. Requires min.2-yr. exp., knowledge of MIG, TIG, and spot welding. Plasma cutting and soldering experience is a plus. Assoc. or Trade School degree in welding preferred.

Sheet Metal Operator ( 2ND shift) to shear, punch, and form 11 through 16 gauge mild steel for metal cabinet fabrication to tolerance from blue prints, operate 2 axis punching machine with Panel gage or similar type controller and set up dies and form to tolerance sheet metal components. Experience in brake press operation with programmable backstop. Requires 2-5 years exp., lead experience a plus.

Sub Assemblers (1ST Shift) to do cable harness preparation, soldering and mechanical assembly. Requires min.2-yr. exp. Associates or Trade School preferred.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLERS (1ST Shift) to assemble and fully wire electrical and mechanical equipment. Knowledge of circuitry, wire sizing, and schematics are essential. 2 yrs. Exp., Assoc. Degree or technical training in Electronics is desired.

Technician (1ST Shift)
to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment to the PC component level. Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry along with Windows 95 and NT essential. High AC/DC voltages background also a plus. Some travel required installing and service equipment. An Assoc. Degree in electronics/electrical technology with 5+ years experience is required.

Machinist (1ST shift) Candidate must be capable of operating all types of machining cutting tools with experience in programming and operating CNC, Okuma Lathe, and Fadal VCM. Knowledge of proper feeds and speeds used in machining multiple types of metals, plastics and composites a must. Only experienced and/or degreed need apply.
